How does it work with WordPress?
Your WordPress plugin displays the booking experience on your website. Your Hampshire account connects your business, subscription and booking services. Customers can find you and book from the same website.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Solo if you work alone and need classes or appointments. Pro adds memberships, passes and customer accounts for a team of up to three. Studio adds waiting lists and supports ten team members. Scale includes room hire and a custom-domain email sender.
What are the payment fees?
The Hampshire transaction fee is 1.5% on Solo, 1% on Pro, 0.5% on Studio and 0% on Scale, alongside your monthly subscription. Stripe processing fees are separate on every plan. Your business pays the Hampshire fee by default; Studio offers the option to pass it to the customer.
Is white-glove setup included?
White-glove setup is included with Studio and Scale. On Solo and Pro, you can set up the plugin yourself or choose optional white-glove setup for a £150 one-time fee, separate from the monthly subscription and transaction fees. We will agree the setup requirements with you before work starts.
Does the team allowance include me?
Yes. Solo includes the owner only. Pro includes up to three people in total and Studio includes ten. Scale has no team-member cap.
Can I use it for lessons and coaching?
Yes. Classes suit group lessons and workshops, while appointments suit individual coaching sessions. If you need a whole course sold as a single purchase, talk to us about your course structure before choosing your setup.
What does custom-domain email mean?
Scale includes a custom-domain email sender, subject to verification and setup. This means booking emails sent using your business domain. It does not include website hosting or a custom booking domain.
