Yes. Every one-off service can be purchased on its own. You receive the agreed deliverable and can implement the recommendations yourself or ask us to quote for the next step.
Each fixed-price project covers the listed tasks and scope. Your quote confirms the deliverables, any exclusions and the total payable before work begins. Changes to the agreed scope are discussed and priced separately.
Unused purchased support hours can roll over to your next agreed project. Your support review shows purchased hours, time used and the remaining balance.
We explain the reason and agree any top-up before proceeding. Extra hours are £45 each before any applicable VAT. We may absorb additional time at our discretion, for example where it results from our mistake.
No. Ongoing support is optional. You can start with a single task and decide what you need afterwards. Hosting has its own monthly or annual billing terms.
