How the offer works
This offer is for SMEs taking their WordPress.com plan through Hampshire Marketing. The credit matches either the first year of annual hosting or the first month of monthly hosting. It is a reduction against agreed services, not a cash payment or a discount on your WordPress.com subscription. Hosting renewals remain payable by you.
Tell us what work you need before subscribing so we can agree the service scope and show the credit clearly in your quote. We then send you a signup link. You can use it with a new WordPress account or an existing account via import. You retain your own hosting subscription and account.

Who provides the hosting?
Your website is hosted on WordPress.com infrastructure. Hampshire Marketing offers this hosting through its Automattic for Agencies relationship and earns commission from hosting sales.
Is website design included?
This price is for hosting one WordPress.com site. Website design, content changes, SEO and bespoke development are separate services. We can discuss these alongside hosting if you need them.
Can I move my existing WordPress website?
Managed migrations are available through WordPress.com. We will review your current site and migration requirements before agreeing the move, including any compatibility or custom development work.
Who helps if I need support?
The hosting platform includes priority expert support from WordPress.com. Website changes, content work and Hampshire Marketing support beyond arranging the hosting can be scoped separately.
Can I install plugins and themes?
Yes. The agency hosting plan supports installing plugins and themes, with staging to test changes. We check suitability for your site before a move or new setup.
Is a domain included?
A free domain for the first year may be available with an eligible annual plan. Eligibility and later renewal costs are confirmed when setting up the hosting. Existing domains can also be connected.
